For standard delivery we aim to post the goods within 1 working day after cleared payment has been received, however Monday to Friday we usually dispatch all items that are bought before 12noon on a working day on the same day (this excludes Bank Holidays). Your purchase will be sent by either via Royal Mail or DPD Delivery on a 3-day delivery, therefore please allow 3 working days after cleared payments. Free delivery is applicable on orders less than, orders under £50 are charged at £4.95.
It is standard Royal Mail policy to return packages to the local Royal Mail sorting office if the recipient is unavailable to accept a delivery. They’ll leave you a note to call them to arrange re-delivery or collection. If your purchase is not collected or re-delivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the package to us. We can then re-send the item to you, however we would require you to repay the original postage cost. We can also give you a refund minus the original postage costs. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item we can either offer you a full refund or an exchange. All deliveries are sent on tracked service, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email. Please visit the Royal Mail website to track your order.
Next Day Delivery:
We do not offer a next working day delivery service, this will be offered at check out with current rates. If you require a parcel to be delivered the next working day please call our office (Mon-Fri) on 01274 270230 where someone will be able to assist you. Please note we will only be able to assist if the order is within the UK mainland only.
Bank Holiday, Saturday and Sunday Delivery Policy:
We do not offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery service on the website. If you require your parcel to be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday please call our office (Mon-Fri) where someone will be able to assist you.

1.1 Returns and Exchanges
Need to return or exchange something you just received? No problem! Please read through our policies below, and of course contact us if you have any questions. While we do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you wish to return any goods they must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All returned goods must be unworn with all tags and labels attached and in the original packaging. Please complete the ‘Return Items Note’ that is included in the original package and follow the instructions on the form.
We strongly advise that you return your item using a signed for delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods lost in transit. It would help to process your return a lot faster if you email your details and the reason for your return, please return the invoice stating the reason with your item. Upon receipt your order will be inspected and a full refund will be credited to your account.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for postage costs that you may incur when you are returning the goods back to us. We'll refund your return costs on items sold and/or fulfilled, up to our standard delivery option cost, if:
- you received an incorrect item, or
- you received a damaged item, or
- you received a defective item
Please allow up to 5 working days for damaged goods as they need to be inspected. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks. Any garments deemed worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued. If you have any further questions please email us and one of our team will be happy to assist you further. Any goods, items or garments purchased in the sale are subject only to an exchange.
